Reservations made through this website are guaranteed by the credit card provided by the user on the form. Failure to check in or cancellation outside the deadline (less than 24 hours or 7 days in advance during peak season, such as Holy Week in Malaga, the Malaga Spanish Film Festival, or the Malaga August Fair) will result in an automatic charge to the credit card for one night's stay, as well as the cancellation of the reservation. 2.5 Hotel Category:

The Hotel Del Pintor (Álamos 27 SL) category is 3 stars, adjusted to the star system used in Spain based on the various parameters that make up the official hotel classification system.

2.6 Rooms with two single beds or one double bed:

ALAMOS 27 SL (HOTEL DEL PINTOR) cannot guarantee that the assigned double room will have either two single beds pushed together or a single double bed. If one type of room or the other is essential, we advise you to let us know and ensure that the hotel receives this information. However, a room of equal or higher category than the one you booked will always be assigned.

2.7 Group bookings:

Children under 2 years old stay free of charge in a cot or extra bed unless otherwise specified at the time of booking (cots and extra beds are always subject to availability). Children over 2 years old pay the adult price. 2.10 In the very unlikely event that the hotel is unable to provide accommodation:

The client accepts that the hotel's responsibility is limited to finding accommodation of a similar standard and location (3 stars or higher) and providing suitable transportation to this new hotel. ALAMOS 27 SL (HOTEL DEL PINTOR) takes all necessary precautions to ensure that such a change does not occur, as it is highly unlikely. The client also accepts that advance notice of such a hotel change cannot be guaranteed. The hotel will not be liable for any expenses, losses, or damages arising from or related to the relocation, as it has no control over this situation. If the client rejects a satisfactory alternative, it will be at their own risk.

If the customer is not satisfied with any aspect of the new hotel, they MUST inform the management of the establishment immediately and give them the opportunity to rectify the situation from the beginning.
